1. Personalization & Delivery: Each Soul Plan Report is uniquely prepared based on the sound vibration of your birth name. As this is a personalized service, please allow up to one week for delivery after your order is placed. I will send the report via email to the address provided during booking. 2. No Live Session Included: This service includes a written report only and does not include a live reading, counseling, or additional modalities such as astrology insights or Soul Transformation. If you would like a full Soul Plan Reading session, you may book separately, and the cost of this report will be deducted from the full session price. 3. No Refunds on Completed Reports: Due to the nature of this service, refunds cannot be issued once a report has been prepared and delivered. If you have any concerns about your report, please reach out, and I will do my best to assist. 4. Client Responsibility & Confidentiality: Your Soul Plan Report is a lifelong tool for self-discovery; it is up to you to interpret and apply the information as it resonates.
