My Journey

In 2012, I started to awaken to intuitive and healing abilities that coincided with my pregnancies. The first pregnancy opened me up to more profound intuitive gifts, and the second one to healing. I believe my children’s soul energy activated gifts and curiosities that lay dormant within me. In hindsight, I can now understand my sensitivities from childhood, where I'd have premonitions and psychic experiences but did not understand them due to distorted or preconceived notions of what these insights could mean or why no one else was perceiving and feeling similarly. Therefore, they were never developed or nurtured from an early age.

Throughout my life, I have always been curious, thoughtful, and supportive of healing and intuitive talents in others. I had been drawn to books on these topics, tarot readings, and astrology since my late teens. Then years later, I bought my first tarot deck in 2009 when I was overseas working [in Pakistan] and had my first reiki healing session in 2010 (in the Canary Islands). Curiosity drew me to them without purpose other than to see what it was like to play/study the cards myself and experience Reiki, which I had heard about through a colleague. However, when I started opening up to psychic and healing experiences after I moved to England in 2012, it triggered fears I did not understand.

The big turning point was in 2016/2017 when I turned 40 and when I started exploring the deeper levels of my soul through regular meditation, soul plan, and hypnosis (past life, life between lives, & QHHT). What I was seeing, perceiving, feeling, and connecting with was beyond anything I had experienced in my life until then. As I connected deep within myself through meditation and hypnosis and tapped into higher frequencies, I would access other (dimensional) forms and spaces, communicating with and channelling information, healing energy, sounds, and light language. Deep connection and journeying came naturally to me through meditation and hypnosis regression.

It was also in 2017 that I learned more about my birth and time in my mother’s womb, which revealed experiences that were not of this world. This has been the hardest one for me to get my head around and has driven my inner search for answers about consciousness that I am still unravelling today. Thus, 2017 was a year full of information and extraordinary experiences, and I found myself overwhelmed. My world was rocked in the most exciting and validating way, but expressing my inner knowing paralyzed me with fear.

I decided to return to what I knew and enjoyed best – reading books and studying, which helped build my confidence and emotional resilience. I became an avid reader of esoteric and mystical, psychology, metaphysics, and science (i.e., cell biology and epigenetics). I was a student at the Holistic Healing College and the College of Psychic Studies in London, where I studied Spiritual Counselling and Mediumship, respectively. Overall, I committed to a disciplined meditation practice, healing sessions, workshops, courses, and retreats to understand what I was experiencing and unblock any (unconscious) fears holding me back.

Meanwhile, since 2001, I have been in the career field of International Development (to learn more, go to my profile on LinkedIn). I worked on USG and HMG-funded programs worldwide for nearly two decades, mainly in impoverished and war-torn countries. This type of service is rewarding and essential in many ways, but it does not get to the root of the issues. I refer to problems that stem from long-term inter-generational trauma and cultural patterns that continue to resurface time after time.

As I experienced the various ways of working with energy, frequency, and vibrations, I gained a deeper understanding of how we create and transform our reality and its impact on the collective energy field. I felt that the overseas assistance perpetuated the issues we sought to resolve. I decided to take a break from my career to focus, learn, and explore a different way (or path) that calls us to look within. The most significant impact and change we can make in this world is the one we create within ourselves. Profound introspection, which is often uncomfortable, can lead to the most rewarding changes we see unfold in the collective (energetic) field.

Parallel to my inner journey, I qualified as a Spiritual (Holistic) Counsellor, Spiritual (Holistic) Life Coach, Soul Plan Practitioner, Soul Transformation Therapist (Levels 1 & 2), and Hypnotherapist. The more I learned about my internal landscape and memories, the more healing and clearing took place for myself and my lineage, and the greater my awareness expanded to access information (wisdom) buried inside. The inner journey is ongoing, and the more self-aware I become, the more comfortable I am expressing my truth and talents and the greater my ability to guide others on their inner healing journeys without fear.

In 2019, I started expressing my journey and visions through paintings. I found that the process of drawing and painting was very intuitive, depicting the "unseen" or unconscious aspects that are ready to be seen, felt, and embodied. The images reflect the inner journey of exploration and discovery that also coincides with the ebb and flow of the collective energy field. The paintings may provide clues into the subconscious and reveal deeper aspects of the Self, and therefore serve as great tools for self-reflection and healing. There is usually a correlation between the physical and emotional body and what is happening in the collective field (that can also coincide with astrological events and movements). What motivates me is that my children grow up in a world where connecting to their soul essence and spirit is natural and encouraged. Connecting to our essence and spirit is the most natural thing. It brings us peace, balance, integrity, innate wisdom, empowerment, connection, and joy. The more we strengthen our connection within, know ourselves and embrace ourselves intimately, the less conflict, war, and division we will see externally.

What lights me up is raising awareness of our multidimensional universe and inspiring others to see for themselves and know for themselves.
