Seeing Within: Individual Sessions
For returning clients continuing their therapeutic journey
Service Description
These 60-minute individual sessions are for individuals who have previously worked with me — either through Seeing Within: Integrative Therapy or a Soul Plan Reading — and wish to continue the work through a one-off session. This offering provides a supportive space to deepen insight, integration, or embodiment when something new is emerging or seeking attention. Sessions are not follow-ups in a linear sense, but opportunities to return to the work at a new depth. Rather than following a fixed structure, each session unfolds responsively within a clear therapeutic container, allowing insight, emotional material, and embodied awareness to arise naturally.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: A full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 24 hours: The session fee will be held as credit toward a future session. No-shows: The session is considered a completed exchange. These sessions involve preparation and dedicated time and are offered at a fixed rate. Thank you for respecting both your time and mine.
