A 3-session series for ongoing exploration, insight, and healing. USD $495 (save $70 when booked as a package) This 3-session series provides a supportive space to reconnect with your inner guidance and integrate insights at a deeper level - whether that’s spiritual growth, ancestral healing, or simply feeling more grounded and aligned in life. What’s Included: Session 1: Initial Mapping Session (90 minutes) We begin by exploring the deeper themes that shape your current experience, which includes your Soul Plan chart and insights, personal history, or whatever feels most alive and relevant to you. Session 2: Integration Session (60 minutes) We delve deeper into what has emerged, connect the dots, and examine what is shifting, drawing from holistic and psychospiritual tools; we create a space to reflect and make sense of things as clarity starts to unfold. Session 3: Moving Forward (60 minutes) We work with what’s come up and look ahead using a mix of guided visualisation, energy clearing, or therapeutic dialogue—so that you leave the session with insights you can act on. Each session is grounded in a blend of intuitive presence, Soul Plan insight, and integrative psychotherapy tools. You’ll receive your Soul Plan chart, a written summary of key insights, and optional check-ins between sessions. This is for you if: You’ve already done some inner work and want to go deeper You’re in a period of transition, reflection, or quiet reorientation You’re open to a blend of grounded therapy and intuitive insight You want a non-judgmental, supportive space to process and clarify Sessions are online via Zoom and include optional email check-ins and a written summary. Tools may consist of therapeutic dialogue, guided visualisation, energy-based clearing, or reflective practices, depending on what best supports you.
